Program Features
Special Event Camps The experts at the UPMC Sports Performance Program share their knowledge at special event camps throughout the year. Topics include strength and conditioning, nutrition, speed and agility, plyometric training and first step explosion, injury prevention, and sports psychology. These camps focus on specific sports including baseball, wrestling, football, and other individual and team sports.
