Performance Services can help you get the most from your ride whether
it’s on the track or on the trail. By improving your cycling performance,
you can ride longer and faster while preventing cycling-related injuries.
Our cycling performance services are available to cyclists of all abilities.
UPMC Sports Medicine
Cycling Performance Services offers cyclists the latest physiologic testing
services; treatment, and management of cycling-related injuries; technical
consultation; and injury prevention.
Cycling Services

screening – manual flexibility and strength assessment performed
by a UPMC certified athletic trainer
- kinematic assessment
including the evaluation of appropriate joint angles and pedaling forces
- cycling-related
injury assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation
